History

PolyPavement’s Natural Soil Pavement technology was developed in the USA by ECO-Polymers in 1989.

ECO-Polymers developed technology to create an all-weather, abrasion-resistant wear-surface made of natural soil using high-technology polymer binders, the physics of soil particle void fillers, and soil particle re-polarization chemistry. The technology could construct an all-weather paved road and sub-structure capable of carrying any traffic load in poor soil at a fraction of the cost of conventional asphalt or concrete paved roads. In 1989, ECO-Polymers developed a soil solidifier for the landscape market called ECO-CF Soil Binder, which performed well in traffic and non-traffic applications.

In 1991, the US Army Corps of Engineers launched a two-year laboratory and field study of soil stabilization products and application technology to identify products that could be applied to soil easily and met the Corps' performance criteria for traffic and non-traffic areas. ECO-Polymers submitted Dirt Glue / Sand Glue, a trade name one of its licensed distributors used, for the study. Dirt Glue / Sand Glue was the only polymer product that passed the laboratory tests and the field-application portion of the study, outperforming all other products.

With seven years of experience as installation contractors for soil stabilization and soil solidification projects, we have honed our skills. This expertise led us to found a new company called PolyPavement in  1996. We now focus on providing PolyPavement Soil solidifiers and product-specific application technology to clients seeking natural soil pavement. Our experience has given us a deep understanding of the benefits of using PolyPavement Soil Solidifier, including cost-effectiveness, eco-friendliness, and aesthetic appeal. Our goal is to offer our clients the best possible service and support by continually improving our products and techniques to meet their evolving needs.
