The two most frequently used Application Methods for PolyPavement Soil Solidifier
are:
1.
Mix-in Application #1 at 2 inches thick. (Coverage: 40 sq. ft. per gallon), and
2. Spray-on Application #2 for Traffic Areas. (Coverage: 150 sq. ft. per gallon).
Two-Inch Mix-in Application Instructions using one 55-gallon drum of PolyPavement and
the same instructions using one 5-gallon bucket of PolyPavement are available on links 1 and 2 below. Also available below are 3 sets of non-traffic area typical application instructions on links 3, 4 and 5.
In reality, there are an endless number of variations on the specified amount of PolyPavement to apply to the soil and many variations in the methods specified to apply it. The purpose of the variations is to create one desired effect
on the soil or another.
PolyPavement is the only environmentally safe water-based polymer compound capable of producing a "Natural Soil Pavement" all-weather roadway wear-surface. No other polymers have comparable capability.
Other polymers are simply incapable of attaining the bonding strength of PolyPavement
or they have low resistance to the sun's UV rays and the bonds deteriorate
very quickly.
In addition to its outstanding performance as Natural Soil Pavement, PolyPavement
has been proven to out-perform all other water-based polymers
when used in non-traffic area applications such as Erosion Prevention
and Wind-blown Dust Prevention for Disturbed Land Reclamation. Included
below are two sets of typical non-traffic area Application Instructions;
one for Erosion Prevention (link 4) and the other for Wind-blown Dust
Prevention (link 5).
Typical Application
Instructions are for review and can be printed-out in pdf format. If there are any questions about the Application Instructions listed
